Visita del Presidente de Gobierno Pedro Sánchez en la Feria Internacional de Turismo (FITUR)

El Presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, ha visitado esta mañana la Feria Internacional de Turismo (FITUR), organizada por IFEMA Madrid, para participar en el acto “El patrimonio histórico y cultural como motor de la diversificación turística”. Acompañado por el ministro de Industria y Turismo, Sánchez ha puesto en valor el papel clave del turismo como motor económico y su importancia en la proyección internacional de España.
Durante su intervención en el stand de Turespaña, el Presidente ha animado al sector a “mirar al futuro con ganas y determinación”, apostando por un modelo turístico de mayor calidad y sostenibilidad. Sánchez ha destacado tres ejes fundamentales para el avance del sector: la desestacionalización, la diversificación y la apuesta por una calidad sostenible.
The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, visited this morning the International Tourism Fair (FITUR), organized by IFEMA Madrid, to participate in the event “Historical and cultural heritage as a driver of tourism diversification”. Accompanied by the Minister of Industry and Tourism, Sánchez has highlighted the key role of tourism as an economic engine and its importance in the international projection of Spain.
During his speech at the Turespaña stand, the President encouraged the sector to “look to the future with enthusiasm and determination”, betting on a tourism model of higher quality and sustainability. Sánchez has highlighted three fundamental axes for the advancement of the sector: deseasonalization, diversification and commitment to sustainable quality.
