Madrid, Kingdom of Spain; 06.21.2024.- Javier Milei, president of Argentina, receives the International Medal of Madrid from Isabel Díaz Ayuso, president of the Community of Madrid.
The Argentine president, restrained in his speech, refers to Pedro Sánchez, Spanish president, after the diplomatic crisis that broke out about two months ago. Milei spoke about social justice, which he described as “very unfair”, and pointed out that socialists “usually raise noble issues but discretion always plays tricks.” He then alluded to the “porous hands of politicians”, his brothers or his partners, in a reference, without expressly citing him, to the head of the Executive, Pedro Sánchez, and his family.
